Introduction

Over the past few days, you have received many e-mails concerning the General Data Protection Regulations. Most of them consist of an update of the Privacy Policy, which is not always very readable. In order to better inform you, we have opted for a Question / Answer approach, which is both more educational and transparent.

Coexel respects and protects your privacy. As an information system, Coexel must however collect and store personal data about you so that you can fully benefit from mytwip.

What do we collect ?

We store the basic profile information you provide when you create your account and the information you fill out when you update it. As you browse mytwip, information about the activities and resources you interact with is also collected and linked to your profile information. Finally, we detect the opening of newsletters by their recipients.

Where are these data stored?

All mytwip data are hosted in France and in Germany.

How are these data used ?

Calculation of newsletter opening rates or the follow-up of platform require the backup of personal data. The detail of the activity is used to statistical purposes in order to optimize the behavior of mytwip: thus, if we see a high use of a feature that is not very useful for the ergonomic ( reclassify items in a newsletter section with the arrow buttons, for example ) this leads us to prioritize the implementation of a drag & drop as a replacement.

With whom are my informations shared ?

  • Platform activity reports are sometimes used by Coexel's development teams.
  • Connections to the V3 are available to mytwip administrators.
  • The newsletter openings are accessible to mytwip watchers only.
  • No personal data is provided to any third parties.

I deliver deliverables through mytwip, how are the responsibilities shared?

As a data processor ( owner of mytwip )

  • we are responsible for the proper application of different individual rights.
  • we need to ensure that the treatments we apply are legitimate and without prejudice
  • we need to convince you of the merits of these operations
  • we have to inform you in case of a data leak. on one of the servers we're running

As a data controller ( mytwip user ), you are responsible for collecting the consents of your readers. When a reader expresses his willingness to unsubscribe, you must also remove it from the mailing list. corresponding.
